Zhihe AI (智合)

Chinese legal AI agent platform for lawyers, law firms and in-house teams, built by a legal media and services firm

Zhihe began in 2014 as a legal media, research and training business serving Chinese lawyers, and launched its Zhihe AI agent platform in August 2025 for research, contract review, document analysis and drafting. It sells personal subscriptions, a law firm team edition and a 'digital in-house counsel' product for companies; it says firms such as Grandall and Tahota use it and that it works with 30+ bar associations. Version 3.0 was shown at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference.
