Sullivan & Cromwell developed Agreement Analyzer, an application that applies the firm's precedents, negotiating playbooks and workflows to contract analysis on top of ChatGPT Enterprise. Partner John Savva built the first version and OpenAI engineers helped refine it; it was shown at the launch of OpenAI's Astra for Law in September 2026, and the firm says the code is its own.
