Sorainen, a law and tax firm of 300+ lawyers working as one team in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, decided to build rather than buy and developed AiVar in-house with Microsoft tooling. Launched to all employees in August 2024, AiVar answers questions, summarises, translates and searches documents, and connects to the firm's quality system and knowledge bases; it was built by an in-house developer and product manager with an internal AI working group.
