Preâmbulo has sold its CPJ case and practice management software to Brazilian law firms since 1988; today it offers CPJ-3C for large firms and corporate legal departments, Office.ADV for growing firms, a debt-collection module, an AI assistant and certificate and payment tools. It says it is used by 40 of Brazil's 100 largest law firms. KPTL's Criatec 3 fund invested up to R$10M in 2020, and in 2025 it bought into Cria.AI, Contraktor, Acordo Fechado and LawVision.
