German consumer claims platform that buys and pursues claims such as diesel, tenancy and travel cases for a success fee

Run by Hamburg-based financialright GmbH, myRight lets consumers check and assign claims online and then pursues them in bulk, keeping a share of what is recovered. It became known for filing claims for around 15,000 Volkswagen diesel owners with the law firm Hausfeld in 2017, and now also covers rent caps, fines, travel and online casino refunds.
