LeReTo recognises the legal sources cited in a document and links each one to the matching entry in over 100 legal databases across Europe, saving lawyers manual reference checks. The same knowledge framework powers BOOKSCREENER, a search engine for academic book publishers, and legal data science projects. It has won several awards, including the Dutch Legal Tech Award 2018 and an EU Datathon prize in 2019.
