LegalVision
Business law firm sold as a fixed-fee legal membership, with its own delivery systems and AI under lawyer review
LegalVision was set up in 2012 as a business selling legal documents online and now runs a commercial law firm in Australia, New Zealand and the UK where businesses pay a weekly membership fee for unlimited everyday advice from its employed lawyers. It uses AI in a private environment for research and file notes, with every piece of advice checked by a lawyer, and won Lawyers Weekly's Innovator of the Year in 2016. Quadrant Private Equity backed it in 2025, with the CEO saying the money would go partly into its platform and technology; it reports more than 4,500 clients.
