Korean case law search and LBox AI legal research assistant used by lawyers, courts and police

LBox, founded in Seoul in 2019 by former Kim & Chang lawyer Jin Lee, runs a Korean court decision database of about 4 million rulings and LBox AI, a conversational research tool that reached 23,000 users within a year of beta. It reports more than 20,000 lawyer users and 1,400 institutional clients, and supplies case search to the Korean National Police Agency. It raised a 30 billion won Series C led by Kiwoom Investment in June 2025.
