Low-code legal operations platform for corporate legal departments and their panel law firms
LawAdvisor, founded in Melbourne in 2015 and now headquartered in London, builds low-code workflow software for corporate legal departments and their law firms, covering RFPs, instructions, legal project management and spend tracking. Barclays built two legal operations tools with it, including a collaboration platform joined by panel firms such as Allen & Overy and Paul Hastings. It raised a $5M round in 2022 with former Orrick chair Ralph Baxter among its backers.
