Counterfake scans social media and e-commerce marketplaces for fake products, copycat sellers and unauthorised use of a brand, then reports and removes them for brand owners. Anadolu Agency coverage in 2024 reported deals with 17 brands and about 1.07 million fake listings and 25,000 fake sellers removed in its first year; it was backed by TÜBİTAK, Özyeğin University's Girişim Fabrikası and the T3 Foundation, and won the TEKNOFEST Ankara entrepreneurship contest.
