US tech-sector firm that runs Cooley GO, a free startup document generator, and is co-building an AI litigation agent

Cooley launched Cooley GO in 2014, a free resource site for founders with document generators such as a Series Seed package; the firm said over 17,000 documents had been generated by July 2015, and later added UK and Asia versions. In October 2026 it announced it is launch partner for a Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise agent that proposes redactions in court filings, which is still in development.
