Legal AI workspace for research, drafting, contract review and CLM, priced per seat from solo lawyers up to in-house teams
CogniSync puts legal research with cited sources, first drafts of agreements, clause-by-clause contract review and question-answering over a company's own files into a single product. A higher tier adds a Microsoft Word add-in, review and redlining against the customer's playbooks, and contract management in which sales and procurement handle routine agreements inside limits that legal sets. It was started by Romanian founders Luca Mateescu (CEO, previously at Lime and BCG) and Alex Vesa (CTO); Early Game Ventures put €1M into it as a pre-seed round in July 2024.
