BoostDraft makes a Microsoft Word add-in that checks definitions, cross-references and formatting in contracts and other legal drafts and lets lawyers jump between linked clauses. It was set up in Tokyo in April 2021 by Yohei Fujii and Hiroshi Watanabe, runs a US branch in San Francisco and a Korean operation, and lists Farella Braun + Martel as a US customer. Sean Yu became CEO and Haruku Horiuchi COO in January 2026.
