Avvoka turns a firm's precedents into automated templates and AI-assisted drafting for deals such as M&A, real estate and commercial contracts, through to signature. It was set up in 2016 by Eliot Benzecrit and David Howorth, both previously lawyers at Magic Circle firms, and counts more than 25% of Am Law 100 firms as clients. In March 2026 it announced a £14m investment led by Valhalla Ventures.
