Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) launched ContractMatrix in December 2023, a contract drafting, review and analysis tool built with Microsoft and Harvey, running on Azure and sold to clients as SaaS, including through Microsoft's marketplaces. Over 1,000 of its lawyers used it at launch; the firm also runs a Markets Innovation Group that builds tech for derivatives and markets clients.
